I bought a beautiful pair of Aviators from the new Cobalt Collection. They arrived damaged due to shipping issues. They couldn't have been nicer when I called. I sent back the damaged glasses and got my replacements back in just a couple days. Everyone I spoke to at customer service was warm and friendly and very easy to deal with. my new glasses look amazing. The materials used are very durable. (I accidentally dropped them and I don't see any imperfections) The glasses came with a quality leather case, and a microfiber lens cleaner.

I’ve had my Randolph glasses for about 5 yrs and they are bullet proof. I’ve dropped them, sat on them, stepped on them and they are still perfect. I’m assuming luck and a high quality build have kept them healthy. They are very high quality and have a nice weight to them compared to cheaper store bought glasses that are extremely fragile. I’ve personally saw them build glasses and the components are of the highest quality. I do not work for them or have any connection to Randolph sunglasses. I feel a great product deserves a great review

Randolph sunglasses are second to none. I own 3 pair and they are without a doubt the most well made and durable glasses I have. With the warranty, return/exchange policy and craftsmanship you cannot go wrong!

I wear my aviators almost everyday for not only flying but also leisure. Expert craftmanship and high quality glasses. I have also had great customer service when I have broken pairs of glasses (my fault). Service is quick and communication is great if you need to utilize it.

Military grade sunglasses designed and built in the USA! I was born with sensitive eyes. If it’s sunny, I don’t go outside without sunglasses, at least not on purpose! I came to Randolph because I had heard so many great things about their build quality and I have always loved how they look. I ordered the classic Aviator model in matte chrome with polarized American Grey lenses. I’ve been blown away ever since! Mine are coming up on four years old, and still look new, even though I wear them almost daily! The bayonet temples are super comfortable, and they stay that way even after all day wear! The glass lenses keep the visuals clear and the colors true, plus the polarization keeps the glare to a minimum while I’m driving. From a style perspective, they’re about as versatile as it gets. If you need a pair of shades that will go with any outfit, here you go! If you’re looking to upgrade your sunglasses, or would just like to have another pair on hand, snag a pair from Randolph!

These have been and will continue to be the ONLY sunglasses I ever buy! The quality of the glasses are absolutely unmatched. The craftsmanship of the frames and the quality of the lenses are unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. The options they’ve added in terms of frame types and lens colors has been fun to watch over the years. On top of the superb glasses, the customer service experience is unmatched. The glasses come with a lifetime warranty, which means anytime my frames get bent, loose, scratched, or worse I can send them in and have them fixed. I’ve personally had to do this several times, and they always come back looking brand new. Oh, and now they have prescription lenses!

By far the best Sunglasses. I received them as a gift and I’m eagerly awaiting to build my next pair. The engineering and detail all top notch, never have I seen this level of engineering detail beyond the watchmaking world. I’m a customer for life now and couldn’t be happier.

Bought those glasses 5 years ago. Loved the look, the fit and the polarized lenses. Then, this winter, after a walk, one of the lenses fell and broke because the frame had lost a screw. I then realized Randolph had a repair service and sent my glasses from Canada and got them back less than two weeks later. For less than a third of the price of a new pair, my glasses were repaired and now they are just like new. When they repair, they also make a free tune-up and they sent me a new original Randolph case. How great is that? Thanks Randolph, great service!
